• All payments must be made in full before dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We accept online payments via Razorpay, bank transfers, or other authorized methods listed on the Website.

d) Order Modification and Cancellation:

• Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placement. Custom orders cannot be canceled or modified once production has commenced.
• Cancellation charges may apply as determined by Lifafa based on the nature of the order.

4. Shipping and Delivery

a) Delivery Timeline:

• Standard Outlets: 5-7 business days.
• Customized Orders: 7-12 business days, depending on the complexity of customization.
  We will notify you in case of any unexpected delays.

b) Delivery Areas:
We currently deliver Pan-India. For international shipping, contact us to discuss specific requirements.

c) Order Tracking:
Real-time tracking information will be provided after your order is dispatched.

5. Return and Refund Policy

a) Standard Products:

• Returns or replacements are accepted for damaged or defective items reported within 48 hours of delivery. Photo evidence must accompany the claim.
